This advertisement
was broadcast on television on the 24th of August, 2007. The ad is deceptive. When any company advertises in any media, TV, radio, magazines etc. the company sign's a form that holds the advertising agency harmless from false claims and misrepresentations. The claim "We couldn't say it on TV if it wasn't true" is totally bogus.
Consult your training CD. for indicators of deception. These are the "negatives". Their product has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They do not identify who the "Recogonized lab is. They tell you for best results use in conjunction with sensible exercise and diet. Their tests prove results are "virtually" .... The study constisted of a whopping 24 people. There is a class action suit agains the company. You have to buy 2 bottles to get one free. (one bottle costs $40) Their privacy policy was inoperative. Their "terms and conditions" were inoperative. Their "affiliated" page was working fine(this is the money page and how they pay other companies to mislead the consumer). They claim to belong to a "presitgious" direct marketing firm. They claim not to have documentation of the clinical tests preformed. In order to purchase a bottle you must give far to much information to the company. For more information : http://www.lawyerandsttlements.com/case/akavar-20-50.html .
