Corporate is controlling the consumer in how you buy, where you buy ,when you buy, what you buy, who you will buy form and how you will pay for it. 

Examples are abundunt, however we will site only a few of the many ways in which the consumer is losing control and money. There are future controls are on the way.

Fact.  If you bought a gift card, signed an agreement that contained a termination clause, paid a surcharge, entered a contest, bought an item that had a mail in rebate, threw away a reciept, bought an extended warranty, or participated in just one of the scams explained on this site then YOU HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF and I would venture a guess that your are not as smart as you thought or maybe you are really just to busy, busy working to pay the minimum of $148,768.00 that you will be scammed out of. That is percisely where the consumer is heading .$148,768.00 MINIMUM IN DEBT and this does NOT count buying anything ,not one single item. It's in PENALTY FEES.

Fact   You do care otherwise you would not be reading this far. You would have either switched sites and went to surf ebay to see what's on SALE or went to count your bonus points on your credit card to see it they surpassed the interest you are paying them. Have a nice day anyway.
