Unlike other sites that give bits and pieces of information BUYER SCAMS.com is a comprehensive site that goes into detail to help the consumer avoid pitfalls and deceptive advertising. We are a concerned group of consumers who want to preserve what little control we have left. Before I go any further I want to make clear that I am not talking about ALL Corporations and businesses. There are plenty of decent honest companies out there. This site's focus is on the deceptive corporations who are taking away our every day freedoms by using covert methods of lying to us through deception in advertising. We have developed a strategy to combat this attack by offering everyone a defense thru education. Being deceived is not a pleasant experience. It is twice as hard to put words on paper that will enable the public to 'tune in" to the message being conveyed. The modern consumer doesn't have time to sit at a computer and read why and who is "scamming" them. The key word is "TIME". Everyone is to busy.

In order to get the consumer (you) to browse this site we have made it (we hope) interesting enough and educational enough in the hopes that you will "book mark" us. This is a Non-profit organization. There are no corporate sponsors, no advertising and are no products for sale. Just usable information and a lot of it.
